This site is operated by Light and Logic Digital LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, from Virginia Beach, Virginia, United States, trading as “Light + Logic Digital”. Using the site means accepting these terms.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, share links to it, and get in touch through it. You may not use it to send unlawful, misleading or abusive material, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else.
I may change, move or remove anything on the site at any time without notice.
Client work is governed separately
Nothing on this website is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Prices shown are starting points published to help you work out whether we are a sensible fit before a call — they are not a fixed quote and they do not bind either of us.
Scope, price, timeline, revisions, payment terms, ownership and everything else about a project are set out in the proposal and agreement for that project. Where this website and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Ownership of what is on this page
The writing, design, code and layout of this website belong to Light and Logic Digital LLC. Please do not copy or republish them as your own.
Client work shown in the portfolio is presented with the client’s permission. Those brands, logos, trade marks and photographs belong to the clients, not to me, and appear here as examples of work delivered.
Links to other places
This site links to client websites, a booking tool and social profiles that I do not control. I am not responsible for their content, their availability or their privacy practices. Following an outbound link is at your own discretion.
