What I do

Websites, business apps, and automation. One person, one standard.

For established service businesses in Virginia Beach and across Hampton Roads, and for good businesses anywhere with a clear problem to solve. This page is what you get, at what scope, for what money.

01 / THREE THINGS I BUILD

Not four products. One project, scoped to what it needs.

Every project is priced around its goals and scope. You get a clear proposal, a fixed figure, and a schedule before anything begins. Third-party costs are separate.

01

Websites

Look as good as the work you do.

A clear, confident home for your business. Custom design, no template, built natively in Framer so it stays fast and you can edit it without me. Copy written with you, structure built to be found, and a design that reads as the credible option in your market.

Custom project pricing

Designed and built · CMS where it makes sense · Ready to hand over

What’s included

  • Up to five unique pages and one content collection

  • One inquiry form and responsive layouts designed for phones

  • Copy shaped with you, on calls, not in a blank document

  • On-page SEO foundations and analytics setup

  • One design direction, one design revision, one build correction round

  • Launch, recorded handoff, and a 30-day defect correction period

Typically 6 weeks after kickoff and content readiness.

Brand identity, extensive copywriting, e-commerce, complex migrations, and extra integrations are quoted separately.

02

Business apps

A better tool for the way you work.

Turn an awkward spreadsheet or a repeated task into a focused application, built around one useful workflow for the people who actually use it. Job tracking, quoting tools, intake boards, customer portals. Small, deliberate, and yours.

Custom project pricing

Starts with a paid planning blueprint · One focused workflow

What’s included

  • One organization, one core workflow, up to three core screens

  • Up to two user roles and one integration with a system you already use

  • Sign-in where needed, validation, and data export

  • Deployment, acceptance checks, and a recorded handoff

  • A $500 blueprint first: feasibility, scope, and a fixed build quote

Typically 8 weeks for the build, after a separate planning blueprint.

Payment processing, public SaaS, native mobile releases, complex permissions, and regulated or urgent systems need separate evaluation. Maintenance is quoted individually.

03

Automation

Less copying. Fewer loose ends.

Connect the tools you already pay for. Capture inquiries, follow up on quotes, prepare draft documents, keep handoffs moving, with human review where it matters and a manual fallback when something upstream changes.

Custom project pricing

One process · Connected tools · A clear manual fallback

What’s included

  • One trigger, up to three existing systems, up to five main actions

  • One review cycle and a limited real-data pilot

  • Error alerts, duplicate protection, and a manual fallback

  • Documentation and handoff so anyone can maintain it

Typically 3 weeks after access and scope are confirmed.

Tool subscriptions, API usage, data cleanup, and additional workflows are separate. Uncertain integrations start with a $500 blueprint, quoted apart from the build.

02 / ALWAYS INCLUDED

The floor, whatever you spend.

These are not upgrades. They are true of every project, at every price, because a site or a tool without them is not finished.

Research before design

I find out who it is for and what they value before anything gets drawn. It is the part that makes the rest work.

Copy shaped with you

You know your business. I shape what you know into something that reads well and answers the right questions.

Responsive on every screen

Designed for phones as a different layout, not a squeezed version of the desktop one.

Built to be found

Structure, metadata, and performance handled as part of the build, not sold back to you later.

You can edit it

A CMS where it makes sense, and a component library tight enough that you can change things without a developer.

You talk to me

No account manager. The person designing it is the person building it, from the first call to the handoff.

03 / WEBSITE SCOPES

Three scopes. Same standard.

Starting points, not quotes. The real number depends on how much site there is, and you get a fixed figure in writing before anything begins. Apps and automation are scoped through the blueprint above.

Foundation

Custom project pricing

One page, done properly.

  • A single page, custom designed

  • Copy shaped with you

  • Built to be found

  • Responsive on every screen

For a business that needs one thing to work hard: a launch, a service, a single offer.

Growth

Custom project pricing

A full site, with room to grow.

  • Multi-page site

  • CMS so you can edit it yourself

  • SEO foundations and analytics

  • Everything in Foundation

For a business with more than one thing to say, and something that will keep changing.

Premium

Custom project pricing

Everything, including the parts nobody sees.

  • Brand or identity system

  • Commerce or custom integrations

  • Advanced build and interaction

  • Support after launch

  • Everything in Growth

For a business where the website is the front door, not a brochure.

04 / AFTER THE HANDOFF

Support that stays simple.

Optional, month-to-month care with clear limits and direct help. Time includes communication and does not roll over; extra work is quoted first. No emergency service.

Website care

Pricing by scope

30 minutes a month for form and link checks and a small edit. Requests acknowledged within two business days.

Workflow care

Pricing by scope

60 minutes a month for failure review, a workflow test, and minor fixes. App maintenance is scoped separately.

05 / A FEW USEFUL ANSWERS

Before we get started.

Tell me who it’s for.

Tell me who it’s for.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. Bring the business and the people you are trying to reach, and I will tell you which of these three it is and roughly what it costs, including if the answer is not me.

Where I work

Based in Virginia Beach and serving Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Portsmouth, Hampton, Newport News, and the rest of Hampton Roads in person. Working remotely with service businesses everywhere else.
