BACKGROUND
Jocelyn came to me with a growing HR consultancy and an online presence that didn’t reflect the caliber of the work she was doing. Ascentra needed a site that could do double duty — build instant credibility with prospects evaluating HR partners, while making compliance, culture and people operations easy to understand at a glance.
The challenge was translating a service that is inherently relationship-driven into a digital experience that felt trustworthy on first load, without leaning on the corporate-HR clichés: stock handshakes, blue gradients, big-box vendor templates.

SOLUTION
I designed and built the site in Framer, structured around clarity and trust rather than flash. Every section exists to answer a specific question a prospective client is asking silently — what do you actually do, who is this for, why should I trust you with something this sensitive.
The service breakdown, credibility markers and calls to action were sequenced deliberately to move a visitor from curiosity to a booked consultation. The component library was kept tight and reusable so Jocelyn can update her own service offerings without needing a developer. Designed, built and shipped in thirteen days.
